Ultrasensitive detection of single particle concentration, particle size and zeta potential
Technical principle:
Nanocoulter is a single-particle detection method in which each particle passing through a pore instantly generates a change in current proportional to the particle volume, the duration of which is proportional to the particle velocity, and thus inversely proportional to the flow rate of the fluid. The electrical pulse signal of each particle was recorded by the micro-current detection system, and then calculated by the intelligent analysis software to accurately obtain the omni-directional anal.
