Nanocoulter Ⅰ particle size analyzer
The clear advantages of self-study and self-production: Single particle detection. A single particle passes through the nanopore to generate the electric pulse signal, and the particle size is positively correlated with the peak-to-peak value of the pulse. The electrical pulse generated by each particle can be seen through the operating software, which truly achieves single particle detection;
Sample analysis of wide particle size distribution: The electrical pulse generated by each pore particle is recorded. For complex samples, the particle size distribution information of all particles can be accurately obtained. There is no interaction between large and small particles, and the *highest resolution can reach 10 nm;
Accurate concentration measurement: Single particle count is only measured with accurate concentration rather than theoretical calculation achieving higher accuracy;

Liquid biopsy: Biological samples such as virus, exosomes, chyle particles and others can be measured in physiological environment. It is more suitable for scientific research because the sample loading quantity is small and the test does not affect the activity of biological samples ;
Particle dynamics analysis: The unique visualization function of detection process enables it to characterize the dynamic process of particles, such as aggregation and rupture of virus, aggregation of protein, rupture of exosomes, etc;
Zeta potential: By analyzing the pulse duration, pulse width and pulse peak height of a single particle, it means that the particle size and Zeta potential can be measured simultaneously, which is helpful to study the surface properties of particles.
