Lentivirus vector is a gene therapy vector developed on the basis of HIV-1 (human immunodeficiency virus-1). It has the advantages of a wide spectrum of infection, effective infection of cells at the division and stationary stages, as well as long-term stable expression of exogenous genes. Therefore, it is a powerful tool for introducing exogenous genes. Lentivirus systems have been widely used in various cell lines for gene overexpression, RNA interference, microRNA studies and in vivo animal e
Test process:
1.The 1# exosome samples (before and after filtration) were detected and compared twice to characterize the differences between the samples before and after filtering.
2.Firstly, the sample was diluted and tested to check the distribution of large particles.
3.It is filtered through the filter membrane and then tested. The test data are summarized in the following table.
Test summary:
When the concentration of large particles of exosome sample is about 4.77E+10, the filter membrane will lose about 60% of the particles after filtration. When the concentration is about 1.65E+10, the large particles will decrease, and the average particle size will decrease accordingly.
The real particle size distribution of samples can be obtained by single particle detection, which can accurately characterize the difference of samples before and after being filtered by filtration membrane.
